Can I add frozen or convenience foods to my meal plan?
We do offer several easy convenience foods in our database. When you’re looking at your meal plan for the day, you can simply remove what is suggested, click Add More Items, and search for whatever it is that you’d like to add. Many popular brand names are included in the database. For example, Lean Cuisine will show most of their meals that you can buy at the store. If you don’t come across something specific, search for general items to get as close to that food as possible. Just remember to keep an eye on your caloric intake and nutritional levels… since you’d be going off the suggested meal plan.
Can you merge accounts for couples?
At this time, we don’t have a way to merge accounts or meal plans due to the fact that dieting and eating healthy is such a personalized endeavor. Caloric and other nutritional info is solely based on your own personal information and goals. You can, however, plan two or more accounts in sync so that the two accounts match as close as possible.
If you’re just using one account for a family, you can easily change the serving sizes for each meal which will update your shopping list, as well.
How do I change my guided meal plan?
To change your guided meal plan, just go to My Planner at the top of the page, then Settings. You’ll see a button called Program. Click on that and you’ll see all of the guided meal plan options. Be sure to click Save once you’ve made a selection.
Do you have a mobile app?
Our platform is tablet and mobile-friendly, and we love to use our accounts on our phone all the time! While we don’t have an app yet, you can access your account using the phone browser, then click the settings button and save to your home screen for easy access. It will sometimes take you back to the login screen, but you’ll be able to get to it quickly. If you need help setting this up, let us know!
