Grilled Sesame Tuna
Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 16 minutes
Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 11 ounces tuna, yellowfin
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Preparation
- Preheat grill on high.
- Mix sesame oil with soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush tuna with marinade; press into sesame seeds.
- Grill tuna 2 to 3 minutes each side until outside of tuna is browned and inside is rare.
